MindsOverseas is a specialized trilingual mental health platform designed for Arab expats navigating the emotional and psychological challenges of living abroad. Clara, the founder of MindsOverseas, approached us with her vision — and we partnered with her to bring it to life. Together, we built a platform that connects Lebanese and Arab expats around the world — especially in Canada — with Clara, a professional mental health practitioner who supports them in their native language.
Since Clara isn't tech-savvy, we built her a custom, easy-to-use admin dashboard that gives her full control over every piece of content on the website. For MindsOverseas, that meant full control over content sections, a built-in inquiry inbox, real-time visitor and subscriber tracking, and document management — all inside one clean, branded admin panel.

Clara needed to manage a trilingual website (Arabic, French, and English) entirely on her own. The admin panel had to be powerful enough to handle three languages, yet simple enough that switching between them felt effortless. We tested several layouts and ultimately landed on a tabbed form — one tab per language — making multilingual content management straightforward and intuitive.

When the website language changes, some images that contain text may also need to change. We built a flexible system where Clara can choose whether to use a different image for each language or keep the same one across all three.

Clara was already using Jane App, so we integrated it directly into the website. Subscribers and contact form submissions are automatically sent to Mailchimp and segmented by source. We are currently adding an Areeba payment gateway to support a new feature requiring online payments.

60% of the website's traffic comes from mobile devices, and 40% from desktop. We optimized the experience for both, ensuring a seamless journey for users on any device.
